ok this is wierd when i go on singleplayer SA its fine, but when im in SA-MP im not lagging next minute i get lag then off again so its like
lag>no lag>lag and carries :\ my internet is veryfast help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzz

How many programs run, if you gaming?
Or, not the server lagging?

its not server my bro on same server he dont lag its wierd coz it goes smooth lags smooth hmmmm

you can also try to turn off your frame limiter in options/advanced
