Help please! Server.cfg - lolpurple - 23.07.2009

When i try to open server.cfg it comes up with message: Windows cannot open file - because it needs to know which program created it, it says choose from web or choose from list.

Please help! i wanna try my server out!

Just open it in notepad -> choose notepad from list.
