Now let me make this very clear. I dont want a annoucment that comes up in the middle of your screen (/announcement message here).
In the chat I would like somthing that post's certain rules and infomation.
Is their anything like this?

Random Message script, I'm sure you can find them in the filter scripts section.

Otherwise it's pretty easy. Use a callback that's called under OnGameModeInit and has a set timer that will repeat itself, or set the initial timer to infinitely repeat. Then set an indexing variable with the messages you want and a variable with an integer set with the "random" function to determine which message is sent.
