Look in your script .pwn there might be a rcon command ongamemode that renames your server. If its not taht check your filterscripts. if its not these i have no idea

Make sure the very first line of your server .cfg has somthing like

Next time, post this in the "Server Support" forum.
And make sure that you're editing the correct file.
