SA:MP wont start - Yomoho - 20.07.2009

Hey a day ago i re-installed my SA:MP and then it suddently couldnt start.
I am not very good at these stuff thats why i am asking you guys, what can i do?

The box in the screenshot says serious abortion of program.

I just had one .dll file that weren't any of the files listed above and it was called GTAINTERFACE.dll, i deleted it, but it still don't work, still need help please!
