Is it possible to make a NPC (non-player character) for SA-MP? Like I want there to be some NPCs in the game, and yes I searched the forums but there is nothing about the topic :P

Yeah you can do it, but you cannot use it as a character ped.. you can use it like an speaking object ( Microphone or something )

so can you just use CreateObject or whatever, and use a model ID of a character?
