before a month, i saw a Video on somebody making bot, and showing him in the video.
How to make bot?
and he didn't use any cheats/hacks to make that bot..

You can't make bots. NPC's are in the next version of SA:MP I think though.

he had a FS he made to do this while using cmd's to make them move. I don't think its released
