I need some major help! - BP13 - 12.07.2009

my server gets kind of spammed by all of the teleports people use. No I will not just remove it. How can I make all of there teleports appear on the following red box. I have no idea what to do for the textdraw or the coding to do this. SO I need some assistance on it. Thank you!
