hey guys im going to be making a racing server and im looking for good scripters to help me script the server and becoming admins in the server. please reply if you would like to join the admin/scripting team.

Wrong section, and if you don't know the simplest things in making a server, there's a good chance it's going to fail, why join somebody as a scripter, when you could make it for yourself?

There is not just one basic thing to adding a script to your server.
SCripts can be filterscrpts, Gamemodes , plugins (I think) ...

For Gamemodes you get the .amx and .pwn and put it into gamemodes file

.pwn and .amx files are never apart.. So its important you do not put the .pwn one in and forget the .amx
