I have been trying to connect to sa-mp.com from my personal computer and i cant.
but when i connect from my dads pc at home it can connect

Most likely you can not access the site because of some kind of an rangeban. PM me the ip from which you can't connect to the sa-mp site, for us to find out why you can not access the website.
