Whenever I try to connect to a server, the following message appears:
Does anybody know what's wrong?
Oh, and I never installed any mods or those kind of stuffs.

happend to me.
you have the c++ visual basic now if you deleted it i am sorry to tell you.
only reformat your pc.

Sadly, I have the same problem. I downloaded the microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable, but I still have the problem. is there any other possible solution ?

You should either delete gta_sa.set from My Doccuments/GTA San Andreas User files, or if it won't work create a new windows account and play in sa-mp there.

ohh, i created a new account in the windows, and it seems to work, but when i click to join a server, nothing happens, the gta icon appears and then disappear. what the f. is wrong ?

finally i had my problem fixed. *---*'
when i created another account, samp wasnґt working properly because i had some cheats here.
i deleted those, and then the game started running well.
