If there is anybody who knows how to put that "i" sign and make an building
please help

For the "i" icon you must use "AddStaticPickup", check the SA:MP wiki: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/AddStaticPickup.

For buildings, you can use MTA Map Editor and map your own building, and then use "CreateObject": https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/CreateObject
