Port forward problems.. - Fish - 08.07.2009

Well sometimes my server doesnt work (Peeps request to play) and i noticed that the Ip adress i forward it to
changes...and i need to keep changing it according to what it is supposed to be (Find it on PF port checker)

1) Forward the port you want to test in your router to this ip adress : 192.168.1.100
.106
.103 ( This bit changes and its really annoying!!)
Can anyone help...
Is there a solution to me not having to constantly go to my router page and change the digits.. ( Btw if i get it hosted to a host such as ServerFFS ... Do i have to bother with port forwarding or anything in particuler -apart from funding !?)

My router has an option to reserve local IP addresses to a computer, maybe yours might have that somewhere.
