You could also try deleting the gta_sa.set file in your userfiles-folder. - Doesn't help.
Make sure you don't have any cheats/mods - I don't have any.
and remove d3d9.dll from your GTA San Andreas folder if you have it. - I don't even have it!
Version
Because Rockstar has blocked modifications with their patches, only version 1.0 of the game will work.
If you got another version, please use [this downgrader] to downgrade it back to 1.0
I have 1.0 version.
Steam
If you purchased the game using Steam, SA-MP will not work.
This is because Steam installs an up to date game (version 2.0 or 3.0), and downgrading this copy is illegal!
I don't even have STEAM.
Modifications
Some existing modifications may interfere with SA-MP, causing it to crash.
Be sure to play SA-MP with a clean copy of the game.
I don't have any.
Cheats
Some cheats may also cause SA-MP to crash, besides that it's illegal to cheat on multiplayer servers.
Please only use cheats/trainers on singleplayer sessions.
I didn't use cheats even in single-player game.
I didn't play multiplayer yet.
Version
Be sure to play with the latest version of SA-MP, available for download at [http://sa-mp.com/download.php].
I have SAMP from this - SA-MP 0.2X u1 Client Download mirror by Littlewhitey's server
Servers
Due to several attacks, certain [Ranges] are blocked from the lists of servers (Internet, Hosted and Officials).
If your IP is on here, you unfortunaly can't look at the list of servers.
I didn't play SAMP yet, but i have "local internet" (i don't know how to say it in english), so it can be a problem, but my friends (he is in the same "local internet") can play SAMP without any problems!

I don't know why, but SAMP is working!!!!! but i didn't do anything more...
