So i wanna make a server but when i start him says : "[08:54:34]

[08:54:34] Loaded 0 plugins.

[08:54:34] I couldn't load any gamemode scripts. Please verify your server.cfg
[08:54:34] It needs a gamemode0 line at the very least.

What i did wrong ?
