Okay guys, i re-installed windows 7 and i tried to open gtasa, it worked, when i open SA-MP client, then i press play button, it launches single player, i dont know what to do

My gtasa works, but SAMP servers doesn't, when i open the god damn server it launches singleplayer not multiplayer !

YOU GUYS CANT UNDERSTAND?! SAMP OPENS NORMALLY BUT WHEN I CLICK ON "PLAY" BUTTON IN THE CLIENT, IT LAUNCHES GTA:SA NOT THE SERVER!!!!!!
