Hello, is there a software to create a new house & island/new part of community ?
And if can anyone help me abit or atleast link to a guide, and how do you add checkpoint ?

If you want a custom island search for an object editor.
For checkpoints: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SetPlayerCheckpoint
You will have to change the coordinates to your own, you can type /save <comment> in game to save a coordinate which will save in GTA:SA directory (savedpositions.txt)
