Title says it all. Does anyone know how to fix it or need some files to find out what happened?

You didn't gave much information about gamemode or at least part of the code.

I don't understand you. You server closes the connection when you use /o or /b?

I don't understand it either. But I will try: When you are typing "/o" and "/b", then you are kicking yourself? O_O
