race help - Serediucr - 03.07.2009

how do i make a race? if i go to /drift1 i have a big checkpoint start and if i type join in that cp , starts a countdown when another people can /join, then when countdown stops , starts a 3,2,1 countdown and starts race with checkpoints! how?
