well some days ago i started having this problem

While im playing , after some minutes, the SAMP Starts slowing and getting lag (no ping)
i cannot play well and when i use uzis! omg is very slow
I got the recomended hardware
(a slow pc anyway)
pentium D 3.0
1 gb ram
Nvidia 8400 Gs 512 ( this is the best of all my hardware)
so i dunno which can be the problem
I tried with /fpslimit and putting lower the resolution and nothing!
The most corious thing is that i can run well the Fallout 3 that is huge more requirements :S
Help please .

1. If you have mods remove them
2. make sure your gta sa settings are default
3. maybe you got too much data saved with samp

Try to delete the gta_set file in My Documents/GTA San Andreas userfiles (that restores everything to default options)
