Download MTA Race and take a look in their map editor. If that object exists, it will probably be in there.

The whole fence and gate is one object. You can't split them, unfortunatelly.

i mean the part that blocks, the inside of it. Like, the garage part. It is there sometimes on single player, that is what i am talkign about.
