No, it's only meant to kick/ban blacklisted players if you're using it. Only developers, beta-testers and Official Server members can add bans to it.

Many people says that this anticheat is good, i don't know, i didn't tried it myself. Try it.
But best anticheat is still the old anticheat: your administrators/moderators you hired.
