I know from experience if you have more then 1 computer hooked up to the router lets say 3 for example:

Computer A gets 192.168.1.100
Computer B gets 192.168.1.101
Computer C gets 192.168.1.102

Now if something happens like disconnection/power flicker ect.. its possible that now your computer runnung samp is now the 192.168.1.101 or 192.168.1.102 meaning you need ports forwarded with those now, hope it helps

The way i always check is start nhl 06/07/08/09 and try a online game and it shows your 192.168.1.100 on the create server screen
