Aye Well i dunnoh about it its seems hard to do but is it possible? like someone shot you like in hand etc and you bleed and u lose health until you will be healed by medic?

Bleeding no, but you can make it so you gradually loose health

And you can't detect if player is shot in the hand or any other body part.
