Hey guys, This is a really needy topic for me.
i need to know how much voltage i would need to charge a cap with:
100v 100uF
and
10v 100uF

You can charge it with any voltage, so long as it's not above the voltage specified on the capacitor (don't go over that, they explode quite violently).

However, the lower the voltage, the less energy can be stored on the capacitor overall.
