Well my problem
I am using a streamer for my server and i tested it and i have 2 teleport 2 times till i can stand on the road or whatever and it's not loading all the objects or i have to tele again and sometimes i have to re teleport 5 times i ahve draw distance on 280

I hope someone can help me because i need that all objects load and can see them and standing on them. without not seeing them after 5 times re-teleport

You should try Y_Objects included in the YSI package, always worked for me.
And for your problem, you could try freezing the player teleporting for 5 seconds and then letting them down. That might let all the objects load before placing them there.
