Vista Sp2 32-Bit and Sa:mp Error - kingkeshan - 27.06.2009

Hi guys ,

i have this problem:
When i close sa-mp after 5 or 6 times playing I cant open it again . There comes an Error "Sa:mp is already running - You can only run one instance at a time"..
But when I look at the taskmanager - still sa-mp is running. When i try to close it there, it is still running... Then I have to restart the computer when i want to play sa-mp
The compatibility of sa-mp.exe is turned to windows 98/ME ...

Pls. Help

Make a .bat file with contents:

taskkill /F /IM samp.exe

Then run it as administrator when SA:MP will leave ghost processes again.

Try going in task manager > processes > samp.exe and click end process. Sometimes with compatibility modes the program doesn't correctly close. This happened to me also when I had Vista 32, before I switched to 64.

The problem is solved. I activated the Admin Account under vista and look: no problems with sa-mp anymore playing on Admin Acc ...
