Bad Vehicle Mod Anticrasher - kaisersouse - 23.06.2009

Released out of necessity.

This prevents server crashing by people using a certain hack program to add bad vehicle mods.

Note: This script is not needed in sa-mp 0.3 as this issue has been fixed there.

Of coarse it's usefull, it's an exploit hackers use to crash the server, most official servers like GamerX and Awesome Stuntages disable car moding, but with this they won't need to.

Its been brought to my attention that not all mods are in that script. I'll try and fix it if the original authors aren't already working on that.

Cheers, i'll add this in soon. Alot of my players mod their vehicles, so it'd be best for me to do that. Cheers to the people that have released it.
