Cannot Install - Printable Version

Cannot Install - Coke. - 20.06.2009

Whenever I try to download SA:MP, after the agreement it asks you to install the program to an area which they have given for you, C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\. However, when I try to install it in the given area, I simply can't. The button to install is unusable and I can't download the file. Please help!

I think installer detects if you have gta_sa.exe in the folder you want to install SA-MP. Do you have gta_sa.exe in there?

Edit: Do you have GTA: San Andreas installed in that directory? You need to locate your GTA: San Andreas folder.

No. I have nothing related to GTA in my computer.

You need GTA: San Andreas if you want to play SA-MP.

You need GTA SA installed to play SA:MP

You need GTA SA installed to play SA:MP
i have installed GTA SA (trough steam) there is no dir in program files its in steam/steamapps/common gta san andreas (or something like that) but then again the message appear no directory

Get yourself a 1.0 version of the game.
