Send money on PayPal without using bank/credit card? - DMSOrg - 19.06.2009

Is it possible to send money on PayPal without a bank/card in the US? And if so, how much, because I am hoping to get SA-MP hosting soon and payment is basically impossible without Paypal.

You can via your bank account send money to your paypal

Not exactly what I meant. Here's a scenario:

Someone clicks a donate button on my website and donates $25...
It goes to my paypal: no bank or credit installed...
I pay for hosting with the paypal account...

Can I do that?

I'm fairly certain you need some sort of physical account for them to verify.
