Here's a solution. Get XP, and boot it through Bootcamp if your running Leopard.

GTA SA-MP will not work on Mac, nor any other OS except Windows.

It Will Work If you have Windows Os or linux Os

On linux you can use Wine to play SA-MP, I though that there was a simmilar program for Mac too..
