Error - "Function or File cannot be found" - Klutty - 17.06.2009

I have my gamemode in my gamemodes folder, and it has always worked, but now for some reason it cant find the .amx file..

Maybe administrator privileges turned off so it can`t open file?

Im running Win XP and im on the only account on the PC (Highest administrator)..
