Sorry for my english.

What I meant was that I want to add a nice Gang/Faction system into my game mode.
So it's easy for a admin to just /creategang [ID;Leader] or something familiar like that.
And how to change their color on the names?

You can download some gang include.
Copy/paste from other gamemodes if their creator allow you that
