Some CFG Files - Ilovewindows - 17.06.2009

Okay, so I'm quite new to this and I was wondering if anyone could explain all this to me. I've looked at serveral Game modes that are RPG so I figure it is all set up the same so there is no confusion between people.

In my families.cfg file I see several lines like this.

Could someone explain this to me?

Could someone explain this to me?

That is The Godfather gamemode and it's cfg file for Turfs. Like Pixels^ said: try to ask in The Godfather topic.
