Hello, im playing on one server i think you dont need hear the 2 hour story the important is that the server owner is one guy he got girlfriend the guy left the server and his girlfriend take control of the server theres also another owner they both got acces everywhere and stuff but she is threating him that she will take his admin which will be bad cause the server is going slowly down thats what we dont want so im asking is it somehow possible to cut her powers? so she wont take control?

It's a game dude, it's her or his server, let him do what he wants. Join another server or make your own.
