You can't...
You can only add some objects/edit that map...

Download Multi Theft Auto and install MTA Client, and use its awesome Map Editor. Then download mta-samp converter and convert a map into the pawn language,

Sorry for few days bump, but..
Multi Theft Auto Race.
Deathmatch is at the level of SA-MP, but doesn't have any map editor except for the nightly builds... which are not called "Deathmatch" anymore.
So he won't download MTA DM, he should download MTA Race. That is the one with the MTA Map Editor. And he must search something on ****** to modify some folders. You need to modify something for it to work as I remember.
