it is when u rangeban a player if there ip change there still banned

rangeban is when you ban a player (his ip) and then the server bans all of the ips from that ips area/country.
Something like that would be possible using Geo plugin and a little creativity

we changed of mind, where can we find the /ban command?

bcuz we may ban the whole VS to hell with rangeban :P
