127.0.0.1 is only your local server, meaning only you can see it.
To set up a server in the internet tab, you must first forward your ports.

Goto
http://mijnip.nl write your ip down, give it to your friends,
For example my ip is 79.144.114.87
And also give the port 7777
My Server Ip is 79.144.114.87:7777
If you use a router you will need to foward this port this website can help you with this

Find your router in the list. If you don't know what kind of router you have look on it. There is bound to be a company name or something on it. Try going on your makers website if you still can't find the make or model.
After you found your router in the list look on the next list it brings you to for, "SA-MP Server"
And it will explain how to forward your ports. If you cannot figure out how to do this by now, in my opinion you shouldn't be running a server if you have no knowledge of how things work.
