Were should I start - InsaneZane - 13.06.2009

I just bought San Andreas for pc, if you saw my last post I beat the game MANY times on the ps2 so I am not new to gta. Right now I'm playing through a few missions and getting to know the controls

Anyway I was wondering what kind of server should I start off on, Also do you have any advice for a newbie to SA-MP.

I would go for littlewhitey's (94.23.120.101:7777) or any other official server, they are good for new players. Make sure to read the rules, most servers have a /rules command, if you need help just type /help 99% of all servers got an /help command. Also make sure to read the chat, it often has instructions etc in it..

Depends what do you like to play: roleplay, deathmatch, .. but like Sneaky. said, try with Official servers first.

Deathmatching is kinda hard for someone that is new to SA:MP, it all depends on your ping!

I will post a link to a video to show you what I mean.

The best for learning the controls and so on is to play some Missions in SP (SinglePlayer) first.
Then you can move on to SAMP. I think the best server-mode for a beginner is FreeRoam or TeamDeathmatch.

As Sneaky already said, try out littlewhitey's or try Everystuff Tew. Just go through some official servers and play there where you want
