Very weird high ping - EvilShot - 12.06.2009

Hello,heres the thing i was playing on a server for like 8 months 2 days ago i tried to go on that server and found my ping 800~850 and the whole 8 months i had ping of max 500 !
I dont have any programs running ,no utorrent , not downloading anything , No updates for anti-virus and this server is in hosted tab , all the others server's ping are 400 MAX ,no1 else having a ping problem in this server except me and this ping makes it hard for me * admin * cuz i have to search for hackers and i see them lag i dunno if that was hacks or not !
i tried speed test and contact ISP but its all fine
I would appreciate any kind of help that fix this HIGH ping.

so... have u changed your conection??
maybe is because ur playing in aserver that is far from you

I told u the ping was 300s but now its 800.

ok i have 1 solution for that:
if u have ANY downloading/downloader programs, turn it off.
u can even close any chat program to havea better connection.

I did all that, and i noticed at 11:00 PM to like 2:00 AM it gets back to 300~400 but after that its 800s again

Please help me with this problem guys .

That's probably cuz of your ISP.
