Is there a plugin so that the sa-mp server and accessed by all processors and not just one?

sa-mp use 1 core not all 4

we have a
Q9650 (4x 3,0Ghz)
8192 MB DDR2 1066 Mhz (Corsair)
server and the server laggs...

at 170user laggs the server.

Then you need better Internet connection,not cores!
