3 Questions - DeltaAirlines12 - 07.06.2009

I Have 3 Questions, How Do You Install Game-Modes,
Are There Any Game Modes On Here That You Just Open
And Launch Them, So I Don't Have To Put Gamemodes
In It, [Just Find The samp-server And Launch] And How
Do I Get My SA-MP Server Online? When I Put 1 In
announce 0, My Server Still Doesn't Come Online.
