[GM] A Couple Problematic Issues - SimonXY - 06.06.2009

Hello everybody i have two problems :

First of all, how can i make it so that when peoples make accounts on the server, after they /register, they can choose a skin and the next time they /login, it gives them that skin? Because atm, it just gives them the first skin and dosent let them choose. And second of all, how do i make it so that OnPlayerDisconnect, it saves there current coordinates and then when they login the next time, they are exactly where they logged out?
