GTA SA ERROR - CentZ - 05.06.2009

I get an Error when i Launch SP or MP I tried to Reinstall but got the Same Thing... When i launch MP I go into Full screen and then CRASH!, I laung=ch SP I go to the Menu annd CRASH!, So can someone Help me?

Downgrade it to v1.0 and uninstall all mods you have.

If yes,then run it as administrator and set compatibility to Windows ME/2000
