Question 1: how do i make roads that will continue going in a slant? so say i want to make a place in the air, how do i make roads that keep going up and up?

Question 2: how do i make like a place that is land, and like it had walls around it so as soon as you climb the road, you end up there and you can leave except for the part where you entered (the slanted road)

ive checked i found no forums.....can someone just help me if they know the answer? i swear i wish my MTA would just run this is getting so annoying
