Ok, I think I know how to Make a Team, I'm reading

"Make a Basic Team DeathMatch". However, I'm not going to create a Team Deathmatch, But Im still gonna create teams after that guide.
Well, However, This let you choose a Team from the Skin you select.

But how do I make a Team that You can't choose from a Skin, I mean, That isn't avaliable there, that you
have to use SetPlayerTeam with a command to use.

Like, if you type /24124166 you are joining that team.
( /<something> is gonna be like a password ).
