I have a crash after the second loading screen and i'm outa ideas. - Hiddos - 29.05.2009

Well, whenever i try to launch GTA SA, it works. But when launching GTA SA:MP, it crashes after the second loading screen, and i get an error report.

I'm running Windows XP, which is after vista the greatest invention by windows

I'll tell you out of my little experience and having similar situation to you, I also use XP and have 1.0 version of the game,
using the game in compatibility of 98/ME fails for me, even in single player.. so I would suggest running clean other than turning that feature on...

I've tried everything people here said - without turning the compatibility on..I can't even go past the connect button
