LoadDCars & /addcar bug - Castle - 25.05.2009

Now heres my Problem. each time I activate that Filterscript I get this on my Server Log file:

[20:51:49] Vehilce Owner: - Vehicle ID: 0 - Colors: 0, 0 - X: 0.000000 - Y: 0.000000 - Z: 0.000000 - A: 0.000000

And the File had around 10 cars in it and when i go back to it its empty(after I started the FS
also the /addcar command Shows me: SERVER: Unknown Command when i do /addcar 460 1 1 & I was logged as Rcon
Can some one help!?
