SA-MP Server Problems - Matt38 - 20.05.2009

Hey all, I've tried hosting a SA-MP Server and Ive opened all the ports, I have also check on PortChecker and it says they are both open, some of my mates have tried helping me but they don't understand whats wrong. Basically when i tell my mates to see if the server is up they say it's not responding for them.....Please help

I have the same problem, but I can't describe you in English why is that... But it's something with external firewall..

i went there but it says a whole different Ip, there is no way that's right. When i go to Start>Run>cmd>ipconfig> It says my Ip is 120.22.190.46, and when i add that to my client it shows up....
