i made an house for my own and it needs to gives autmaticly warnings like [DONT COME CLOSER AT THE HOUSE WITHOUT PERMISSION] if an player get close to the house

use isplayerinarea, if you don't know what that is, i wouldnt suggest bothering

But Hazdog is right, use the search button at the top for isplayerinarea, there are a few tutorials.
